Fran Neumann was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and continues to reside in the northwest suburbs with her husband and four children. Fran earned her Bachelor of General Studies with minors in finance and business from Columbia College of Missouri. She holds her Series 6, 63 and 65 registrations as well as health and life insurance licenses.
